Fees

Personal assistants are not just for the rich and famous. We want to work with you. Our fees are designed to fit most budgets.

Hourly

  • Most Services — $40/hour
  • Special Occasion/Holiday Planning and Coordination Services — $50/hour
  • Recurring errands —If you have an errand that is recurring (i.e. weekly run to the bank) we can work on a custom rate. Just give us a call.

Fees are calculated in 15-minute intervals with a one hour minimum.

Rates are based on our standard operating hours — 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Services rendered beyond our normal business hours will be assessed a $20 after hours fee.

Please allow 24 hours notice to schedule or cancel services. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be assessed a $20 fee.

Payment for hourly services is due at time of delivery or completion.

Monthly Membership Packages

Purchase a customized monthly membership that includes all services except event planning. Monthly rates are $35/hour with a minimum of 8 hours ($280).

Unused monthly plan hours may be carried over for one additional month, but cannot be refunded.

Monthly plan payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Specials

On occasion, Clone Your Time makes runs to special places (i.e. Linvilla Orchards for pies before the holidays.) If you participate in one of these events, special lower rates will apply. Please be sure we have your e-mail address so we can tell you about them!

Payment Method

Clone Your Time LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash, or checks for all transactions.

A fee of $30 will be assessed on any returned checks.

Please Note

Travel beyond 20 miles will be assessed a mileage fee of $.30 per mile.

Fees listed are for services only and do not include the cost of merchandise purchased for clients.

Service requests that are dangerous, illegal, or unreasonable will be denied.
